01Acceptance of terms
By using stai, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the platform.
02Use of the portal
You must use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
03Bookings
Bookings, inquiries, and rental arrangements are subject to the listing terms, cancellation rules, and operational details shown at the time you act. Guests and owners are both expected to respect the terms attached to each listing.
04Fees and payments
Any fees, rates, or charges connected to a booking or service appear in the relevant flow or confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing them before continuing.
05Limitation of liability
stai is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party listings, providers, or external services.
